Magnetic Field Due to Circular Loop Simulation

The Magnetic Field Due to Circular Loop Simulation investigates the magnetic field produced by an electric current flowing through a circular loop. According to the Biot–Savart law, a current-carrying conductor generates a magnetic field in the surrounding region. In this experiment, a circular loop of radius rr carries a current II, and the magnetic field is studied at different points along its axis at a distance zz from the center. The simulation allows students to observe how the magnetic field changes as the position along the axis varies. It also helps identify the main factors affecting the magnetic field, including the magnitude of current, loop radius, and distance from the center. By using the Magnetic Field Due to Circular Loop Simulation, students can visualize the field, analyze its variation, and compare the simulated results with the theoretical magnetic-field relationship predicted by the Biot–Savart law.
